My DIGIPASS battery died. Can't seem to contact support.
When the game was released, I bought SWTOR and got a physical hardware key. The battery in that device is now dead and I can't log into my account.
I've seen a few other posts with this same problem and people are answering with "Call Support"
What I'd like to know is HOW??!? I can't find an email address or a phone number where I can speak with someone from EA anywhere.
Why is this so difficult?! I live in Australia. Can someone PLEASE just respond HERE with an email address or a phone number I can use to contact support?
Please DONT link the support page, or any other page. I've already seen it - its NO HELP. I've been referred to those before and I just seem to be going around in circles.
