Origin: Redeem Code = Validation Error

Hello, I just bought the Star Wars: The Old Republic Deluxe Pack from Origin. I tried to redeem it and i got an error saying : A validation error has occurred while trying to process your request. Please try again later. I had a lots of problems with buying subscription lately. Few weeks back I bought codes for subscription and I got the same error like this time. So I thought this time im gonna buy it on Origin and I was hoping it would work, but unfortunately it doesnt. I tried different Browser, deleting history/cookies i even tried it on phone. From what I have read, I am not the only one who had this problem. I will be glad for any advice or help and I can send screenshot as proof if needed. My account name is RokiiCz

    To fix the account for future purchases, You need to reset the password on the linked EA account persona rokiicz that account uses the same email as on your swtor account 

    use the following link (insert the swtor email) to reset the password then login on that EA account to fix the swtor account for purchasing

    for future purchases, use incognito mode on chrome initially if you purchase on swtor.com to be sure browser cache and cookies is cleared 

    If the code doesnt work after the password reset you will need to email the code into support@swtor.com preferably from the email you have attached to the swtor account , otherwise be sure to include the account username

    I have the same issue that the original poster had, it won't let me purchase anything, nor will it let me redeem any codes, i tried changing the password for the ea account that shares the email with my swtor acct, to no avail. I then emailed the [edit: email address removed] email like you instructed, still nothing. Any other ideas? this is the error message it gives me There is an issue with your Electronic Arts account which will prevent SWTOR purchases until resolved. Please contact customer support (https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/star-wars/star-wars-the-old-republic/swtor-support) for further assistance.
