Overcharged for Subscription
I was scammed by the main swtor website where it says 180 days of subscription time for $12.99 USD ( and then a recurring $77.94 every 6 months ). I was charged the full 77.94 instead of the offered 12.99 that the site is stating. I immediately quit the game and am awaiting a reply because I DO NOT want to spend nearly $80 at this current time. I do not want to do a chargeback with my bank as that would cause many more issues I'm sure we want to avoid. I would like to either receive a full refund, or have the 12.99 deal honored and a refund of the extra $ beyond that.

as you have assumed chargebacks will result in account suspension/bans for both the swtor and linked ea accounts, easier to call and request a refund
