have flagged to check with support on what is seen on their side, will have a response back in just over an hour when they are online for the day

ok have checked with support the purchase transaction on their side is still listed as open, their hands are tied at moment with their merchant side until the transaction in the system changes to closed or failed

what usually occurs here is if their system closes and you do not get that gametime pop back and i can chase this up on your behalf, if it fails in their system then the merchant system should auto refund the purchase.

if you look at the transaction history in the swtor account , you will be able to see the transaction listed as "open" so you can monitor it as well.

sorry cant offer more at present, i will recheck again in about 3 hrs if an change as occurred before i go for the night from here
