I would try another browser like chrome, FireFox or IE. Also disable any installed browser add-ons in case they are removing the link. You can also try to clear cookies and cache as well.
If it doesn't resolve the issue you will need to call customer service to verify you have a security key on your account and if so they can remove it as well.

Using skype with that contact is a free call to the best of my knowledge, that number is only available as per the hours listed (Support available from 9.00 CT - 21.00 CT) so need to confirm time zone etc
