    @SkiddMarkks

    You need to reset the password on the linked EA account that account has the persona blazun1  (not SkiddMarkks) that EA account has a totally different email to the one on your swtor account.

    use the following link to reset the password https://signin.ea.com/p/web2/resetPassword  then login on that EA account to fix the swtor account for purchasing

    for future purchases, use incognito mode on chrome initially if you purchase on swtor.com to be sure browser cache and cookies is cleared

    You will need to contact EA support if you think that EA accoutn has been compromised.

    @proxos666 Thank you! I thought that changing the email address would help with this problem. You are awesome!

  • I'm also having this issue with SWTOR's site telling me It can't access Billing & Management, so I can redeem a code for Cartel Coins I got off Amazon. I have already changed the Email to both my SWTOR account and my EA account as well as the passwords to both, and cleared the Cookies and Cache for my browser (Firefox). I am still getting the same error message even after all that. my username on SWTOR is GreySmokeWolf

    @GreySmokeWolf

    You need to reset the password on the linked EA account that account has a generated persona (not GreySmokeWolf) that EA account uses a yahoo email that had to have been used on the swtor account previously.

    use the following link to reset the password https://signin.ea.com/p/web2/resetPassword  then login on that EA account to fix the swtor account for purchasing

    for future purchases, use incognito mode on chrome initially if you purchase on swtor.com to be sure browser cache and cookies is cleared

  • This is absolutely ridiculous. How has EA not done anything to fix this issue yet? I've tried every fix listed in this thread and on google searches and still can't get the maintenance error to go away. I don't use origin, but have tried resetting that password, and I can't even reset my old republic password because that section of the site is bugging out as well.
