By the way, if it is possible... could you have a look at the bug tickets regarding the Callous Conqueror's Armor Set glitch and the Dark Honor Vibrostaff's lack of sound when stashed? That if possible as I brought this subject up to the table a few times in the last couple of months. I've been told that the fixes will come within the last two updates yet it did not.
EA StaffSupport is not looking into bug-tickets. That is for the QA department to do. If you file a bug report, they will read it and prioritize. The issues you mention do not sound to be very high and my guess is there are more pressing issues that need a fix than a sound that does not play.
You will normally not get an answer to a bug report ticket and support should not tell you when something is fixed, as they have no visibility over it. You're best bet is to keep an eye on the patchnotes.
