Re: character wide unlock not worked

Unfortunately this is not something they can resolve via the forum.  If your a subscriber it will be unlocked automatically and if you are and cannot add a third crew skill you'll need to submit an in-game ticket to get it fixed.

If your a F2P or Preferred status, you can find the unlock in the Cartel Market window.  Open the Cartel Market and go to the Unlocks section.  On page 2 on the right column in the middle it will say "Unlock: Crew Skill Slot".

Click on it and then on the right click "Show Items".  You can then see if it shows that you've unlocked it already.  If not you can buy it from there for either just the character or account wide if you have the Cartel Coins for it.

You can also find it on the GTN by searching Crew Skill however the price would be more expensive then getting it via the market.  Right now on my server The Harbinger its about 2mil for a character unlock and 7.7 mil for account unlock.

If you did already unlock it via the market or item and it's still not working, you would need to call customer service to see if they can fix it from there since only subscribers can put in an in-game ticket.  You can call them at the following if you need:
