I've done this twice now... bought an Unlock from the Cartel and couldn't figure out the unlocking and.. unfortunately, I deleted the character that had the Unlock in the inventory. *facepalm* I just wasted 600 Cartel coins. I feel incredibly stupid.
Send an email to support@swtor.com, as a Subscriber use the In Game Ticket System, and ask to restore the Char or Item.
You rock. Thank you. I am a subscriber, so I'll just log back in and use the Open Ticket thing. I'd love to either get the coins back or unlock the one char I was hoping to get.
