If this is still an issue , give swtor cs a call they will help get you sorted

Not for an account issue such the one you have, it is by phone only.
Normally a different email address used should sort your issue ? (one never used with a EA or Swtor account before) once validated you can chnage back to your original email address.
If for example you do not know the account password along with unable to validate then calling is 100% required
- OK, for some reason, it works now... I had to fill in the security questions before I could activa the security key settings - thank you both so much

I have a big problem i reach 20th level and i put email to validate it, but when i receive email there is nothing but:

and i cant play my character, No instruction or any link to click.
