We cannot grant any titles here on the public forum since with the exception of a couple of EA Community Managers we do not work for EA.  Your best bet is to submit an in game ticket describing your problem and allow Bioware to resolve the issue.  Be advised that there is higher than normal customer service traffic so it may be several days until your ticket is actioned upon.

Regarding the snow covered packages, yes you may save them for next year.

    We won't know what next year's items are until next year. But, since there were the same items on the vendor as last year, plus new items, I would say that next year will probably be the same old items plus some new ones, maybe with different costs.
