If you dont know the password and know the security key , you can reset the password 

if you know the password and dont have the security key , you can remove the security key

If you dont know the password and dont have the security key you need to call to prove as the owner of the account , then they can remove the security key to allow you to reset the password to gain access to that account

    @proxos666 that's the thing i do have the security key but not that password and i did try to reset it but as i said above when i put in the user name new password and then the security key i get this Account security key, display name, or recovery code is invalid/expired

    so im guessing i will have to call them then.
    anyways thanks for the reply
