i have the very same issue so i decided to ask the customer care to remove my security key, since the website keeps saying ''an error occurred'' and won't even let me change my password. the ''reply'' from the team was an automated email where they send me a link to change my password, requiring the security key which doesn't seem to be accepted by the system even tho it's synced from my phone. wrote them another email. i'm hoping in some ''human'' interaction instead of just automated emails
