That is certainly most unusual, but what's even more unusual is what I found in the event logs of your character. Your level progression looks like this: 57 -> 58 -> 61 -> 62 -> 59 -> 60 -> 60

The part in bold red happens all within one second, and yes that's a second Level 60 ding there, you somehow hit 60 twice in a row.

Luckily the game is fairly smart when it comes across these situations, and should correct itself on the next few level-ups, or at the very least after the next maintenance.
