That worked as you suggested, Belgorad. I spoke to a polite and very patient (given the skype lag and general bad communication due to the sketchy internet at my work) support specialist.
She did some tests that showed my payment attempts were not even being listed and so escalated my ticket to another specialist, just to see what's happening on their end.
I look forward to it being resolved, I'm actually optimistic. Thank you 🙂
