That would be an issue you 'may' be able to fix via calling the call center.

Or you can add +18553452186 to your contacts on Skype as this is how I do it from NZ.
*The team that handle the phones are really quick and helpful in these areas, whole thing should take you less then 5 minutes if you use Skype.
*(They are supper busy lately so you may be on hold for ~an hour).
Pretty sure if you still have access to the Website and your info there; you can request a new PW be sent to your Email.. same with your login aswell.
