Remove Authenticator

Hi, does anyone know how to get an authenticator removed from your account if you also don't know the password? Last time i played was 2018 it looks like and i wanted to see the new changes and play...

    You need to call swtor support when the lines are open https://help.ea.com/en/help-extent-content/?platform=null&channelType=Deflection&product=star-wars-the-old-republic&topic=load-game

    Thanks for the link to the numbers. They helped me get the authenticator removed.
