Screen flashes colors after launching

I can launch into my account just fine, but when my wife logs in and launches, the screen flashes colors, and I have to restart my computer in safety mode to be able to do anything. I have reset my PC twice now, because I can't get it to stop flashing colors when I restart my computer unless I factory reset. It only does this when launching SWTOR on my wife's account. I'm not entirely sure if this is a problem with the game, Windows 10, or something else.

Edit 1: Just tried logging in and launching on my account, and it flashed colors again. Also, troubleshooting for PC problems fails, and trying to roll back to a previous version of Windows 10 fails.

Edit 2: My wife and I can log in and play just fine on my laptop, but it's my gaming desktop only that this issue is happening on.
