Smuggler "Heist of the Millennium" locked instance

Doing the mission "Heist of the Millennium" on my smuggler. I quick traveled out of the class instance after the first part with the hutt. Now it tells me to use an elevator that is in the same instance I quick traveled out of. The problem is the instance is now locked (The red wall with "you are not eligible to enter at this time"). I need to enter the instance to complete the class mission.
