Someone know how to contact the support by phone?
Hello everyone, how are you? hope fine.
I still have that billing issues that prevent me to do any type of purchase, i've tried to call the call center in France and Germany in this 2 days, since i'm italian is more suitable for me, in the case of the France the telephone does not ring at all the call just end, in the case of Germany the call center is always occupied or the telephone is off, how can i contact the support directly? there is someone in this forum who has contact with them? or better there is someone of the support here who can provide me assistance? i really need to solve this problem ASAP please. and please don't tell me to try again or call the other call centers, it is the kind of response i get from the swtor support by email, it's useless and does not solve anything.

- @proxos666 Ok so i have to try to contact UK support, if i'm not mistaken 15.00 UTC is 17.00pm in italy so this afternoon i try then i hope to get in contact with them and fix the problem
