[Steam] Log in issues

Hello, I’m having issues logging in. I’m trying to log in on the Steam version and it won’t let me get past the security key, saying my Steam account isn’t linked but when I look in my SWTOR account, there is no steam linked so I’m really stumped here. I’ve tried everything I believe. I moved to Steam since the download speeds on the official launcher were so slow.

Any ideas on what to do?

I just had this issue, what resolved it for me was to go to ea.com website and login using your steam account, that should link the steam account. Then go back to steam and start up swtor and try loggin in.

I tried that but it still gives me the following error message: "We can't log you in. Please double-check you're using the Steam account you usually play on and try again."
