Steam subscription no longer recognised after renewal

Hi all, I've had a recurring subscription for SWTOR through Steam for nearly a year now, but for some reason, at the most recent renewal at the end of last month, it's no longer recognising my time ...

    @der_ubernerd 

    Swtor support should be sending you some instructions shortly,  keep an eye on the swtor email , nearly 1 am here so i am going to sleep can check further tomorrow if need be.

Swtor username ? can check for the email

I would also cancel that recurring subscription just to be sure it doesn't continue to fail

    was that email from the email on the swtor account , they cant see an email at this point

      @proxos666 , yeah, it was sent from the same email address that belongs to both my SWTOR, and Steam accounts.
