Stuck on Darth Zhorrid arrives

Star Wars The Old Republic Customer Service is proving to be some of the worst that I have EVER dealt with... And I've been playing MMOs for a long time now.  I have been sitting on an in game ticket for nearly 2 weeks now... 2 WEEKS! How is this acceptable customer support? Over a bug that has existed forever and should have been fixed by now... My Imperial Agent character is stuck on Darth Zhorrid arrives. Click on the terminal to talk to the watcher and nothing happens... Instead I get stuck. Last time something like this happened to me I was told that some computers just don't like that scene. Fine...

However, making that character unable to progress for nearly 2 weeks is unacceptable when all it would take is 1 CS agent to push the scene through.

I'm beyond frustrated at this point to infuriated and considering unsubscribing because of it.

    @vavavoom1984

    If you have the ability to play this cinematic on a different computer it is likely to progress ok

    It may be a way to get sorted until they progress the mission for you

    I'm having the exact same problem..... AGAIN. I'm on my third Agent and they've all been stuck on this same quest. Been playing on and off from August 2013, so it's kind of hard to believe this same bloody bug is still an issue.

    Ranting aside, if a cs person would contact me, I can give the specifics of the character so this problem can sorted out.
