I subscribed to SWTOR through steam but my account is still in the "Preferred" status. My SWTOR account is linked to steam but sub still won't go through. Can anyone help with this matter? I've already sent an e-mail with screenshots but still no response. Thank you.

I'm having the same problem and I don't understand how they could make something like this so hard. We should be able to click the subscribe and it work instantly. I am stressed out to the max with this and just spent the 15 dollars for the first month and it will not show I am a subscriber. If anyone figures this out please let us know. I'm about to have to call them and just release a lot of anger lmao.

gametime fails to add to the account , if steam isnt linked prior to purchase, or the swtor/linked ea origin account is either disabled or banned
You need to call swtor support when the lines open to fix an account issue ( there is no other way ) check on the email when you call
Is calling the support center the only way? I've already sent and email with the relevant screenshots and no response so far (Been 2 days).
