unfortunately you will need to call swtor support when the lines are open, the linked ea account has been disabled and had its data wiped due to inactivity

the email that was used on that wiped account has been used now on another EA account, so when you call swtor support have a new email to put on the linked ea account, that will restore purchasing on your swtor account
