I have bought a subscription from STEAM and I'm still in a preferred status.
I sent an E-mail to swtor support 3 days ago and I have no response at all. In fact, they closed my case as "No fixing" and can't resume the case.
Any help?

if you emailed from an email not used on that swtor account and also didnt provide the swtor account name, support cant link it to any account either

response will be in about 11hrs when support are online for the day
To fix the account You need to reset the password on the linked EA account arcadia128 that has been disabled, that account used a @emlhub.com email address
use the following link (insert the @emlhub.com email) to reset the password then login on that EA account to fix the swtor account for purchasing
for future purchases, use incognito mode on chrome initially if you purchase on swtor.com to be sure browser cache and cookies is cleared
when i checked they didnt have an email from you yet with the screenshots, let me know when sent and i can recheck, but they cant add the gametime until the above is also done

Tried to reactive my SW tor account and EA account, nothing seems to work

you will need to call swtor support when the lines are open to fix the account issue you have, should be a quick easy fix though
