You need to reset the password on the linked EA account that account has the persona greasylovepump (not Scubton your posting on now) that EA account uses a gmail email
use the following link to reset the password https://signin.ea.com/p/web2/resetPassword then login on that EA account to fix the swtor account for purchasing
for future purchases, use incognito mode on chrome initially if you purchase on swtor.com to be sure browser cache and cookies is cleared

You are best to call swtor support when the lines are open , they can update the email on ea account greasylovepump that EA account currently uses a gmail
otherwise you can try opening a ticket at help.ea.com , try https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/?product=origin&platform=pc&category=manage-my-account&issue=cant-log-in once your logged into that website
just remember its not the ea account your posting on the account has the persona greasylovepump
- @proxos666 I already know what's wrong. The account through which I have linked Origin was banned several years ago and I now have a new one for some time. Is there a way to link my account to my new origin account? If I had to call for support, it would be a problem because I don't speak English ...
The account linkage is permanent either that linked EA account is recovered to restore purchasing on that swtor account or you need to create a new swtor account , link the steam account to that new swtor account , and then you can call swtor support to get the steam purchase applied to the new swtor account
i would try to get that ea account restored first
