Subscription not reflected in game
Hi
My SWTOR username is edmundgohth and I subscribed to the game with a 1-time 60 days package. However, my in-game account still shows my characters as free-to-play account. Is there any way you could help me with this?

Can you check the swtor account is named edmundgohth for both the account the payment was done on and what is used on the launcher to play the game.
Also check the payment has actually completed on the account, if so check if you are logged into a different named account on the launcher.
If you cant work it out you are best to call swtor cs and they can work out what has occurred with this payment.
