when i checked they had no email , so have the screenshots handy when you call and ask to upload to a case whilst on the phone
Im also having the same issue via steam, i emailed support but hoping to get a faster response.

You need to reset the password on the linked EA account that account has the persona papanurglle (not justerab your posting on now) that EA account uses the same email as on your swtor account
use the following link (insert the swtor email) to reset the password then login on that EA account to fix the swtor account for purchasing
for future purchases, use incognito mode on chrome initially if you purchase on swtor.com to be sure browser cache and cookies is cleared
When i checked they couldnt see an email , so try resending firstup using the email attached to the swtor account and let me know when sent and i can recheck they see it

wow you're a total champ i absolutely didn't realize, as you can see i fixed it now. Also! I had before commenting on your post emailed the support email
The email i had sent was sent at 4:56 AM (1 hour ago from writing this response)

Ok email was found , you should be all sorted now , be sure to cancel the subscription in steam , you can repurchase onsteam after the current gametime ends

im genuinely shocked at how helpful you've been. nearly 30 years of playing MMO's but... this gave me a blast from the early 2000's when GM's would talk to you about bugs in the forums and that's how you'd get support at times. Kinda a nostalgia experience and a good one at that lol thanks my man i appreciate it!

Hi I have also been having issues with subscribing via the SWTOR website, I have purchased game time through steam and it also isn't working either. My account name is Mrbigkev. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
