swtor account / displayname ? need that to check the account for issues with swtor support

account is ok , however support cant see an email from you with the steam screenshots , has that been sent using the email you have used on the swtor account ?

if using a different email its always worth including the swtor displayname so they can link the email to the right account
heres my email and to my recollection i did use the email i register in swtor.

Those screenshots are too cropped to be valid , resend uncropped screenshots as shown in the sticky
edit: swtor have changed tools recently, so can search for the swtor email manually, so including the username helps
and yes that is your swtor email my bad 🙂
