Support have your email in the queue for an agent , there is no account issue , so if the screenshots are per the steam stcky then they will email you when the gametime has been added
if not done so yet , you will need to cancel any swtor subscription in your steam account to be sure it doesnt continue to fail, it can be repurchased on steam after the gametime ends
- 2 years ago@proxos666 Well I won't buy again from steam thats for sure. I just bought it cause I couldn't do it from the swtor website. Anyhow thank you for your time, I'll wait for an agent to check my email.

its not really steams fault , not able to buy on swtor.com is a good indication of an account issueWhen an account is disabled for purchasing on swtor.com , no gametime can be added to that account not even by support or steam or codes until fixed
most only need a password reset on the linked ea account to fix purchasing for example
- 2 years ago@proxos666 The thing is that now today after buying the subscription from steam I am able to buy it from swtor website too.
