SWTOR - not receiving 'One-Time Password' to access my account

I can't access my Account on SWTOR. I know my 'Display Name' and I know my Password but the screen then asks me to enter a one time password that is never sent (at least not to my email. I cannot con...

    @Dragan_B4

    If the EA account and swtor account is linked try changing the email address on the EA profile and then see if the OTP arrives

    If it doesn't phone is the only way to resolve (or wait longer and see if it arrives)

    if you have skype you can phone for free, see example here

    Thank you!!!

    I chatted to a very helpful person at EA who advised me of the 'alternate email address (that I forgot I created) and had amended it to.

    "Don't do things late at night after a very long gaming session and not write that stuff down!" That's my advice to anyone contemplating such a thing.

    Oh and I used Skype, amended my country to the USA and used the number provided in the solution (after the +1) 

    Am now just waiting for the game files to update... 20GB or so to go...

    The staff member signed off the phone conversation with "may the force be with you", so cool it gave me goose bumps 🙂

      I have the same issue right now, I don't know how it started, I was login in just recently and recently as in last week. Now I cant login, for some reason I did not received any one time password, I cant remember how many attempts I made already, and by the way I also tried changing my origin email and it did not work. So now I'm only waiting for the phone line to open as its the holiday and when I phone in they said that they are not open, which is kinda sad.

        They are usually available 7 days a week during the hours specified except on public holidays
