SWTOR Cinematic Playing bug

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What happens when the bug occurs? Upon logging into the game, all systems work perfectly, but I can hear the audio of many different opening cinematics/trailers playing in the background during gameplay. Loading in anything new in the game doesnt fix this. Verifying game integrity on steam doesnt fix this. completely resetting my computer doesnt fix this. What do you expect to see? I expect to not hear the cinematic trailer music playing in the background.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I have no clue how this bug would be fixed.
