you need to call swtor support if you do not know the password and dont have the security key
try calling with voip or skype an hour call to the uk is under $2 from australia for example by skype
i cant call them, thats the problem i have no way of doing so. theres have to be a way of contactig them via mail or something they cant bee this * bad and keeping with player support
if you know the password you can remove the key yourself by leaving it blank and clicking the lost key link, but not knowing the password will result in a login failed
you are more then welcome to email support@swtor.com , but they will ask you to call due to account security
otherwise you have the option to make a new account
is there anyway i could message that number instead of calling then? my english is horrid and so is my accent, if i can avoid talking the better if not guess i dont have an option
only thing i can suggest is someone can talk on your behalf (if they can talk English better then you) as long as you are their to provide the answers to questions to prove account ownership
