This sorta looks like a thermal issue offhand, have you checked temps of the CPU etc when this appears ? did this appear after say 10 minutes for example

I tried the game repair but there is still the same problem, that appears as i run the game, from the first moment. Temps ranges from 80 to 85 degrees (°C).
