SWTOR ingame support taking TOO much time to response.
Hi, my name is Powahblastah and I have being playing SWTOR for many years. Fortunetly, I never had a problem ingame, and when I say NEVER is never. But I got one this time.
With the last patch, not this one, the one previously implemented, I lost my HK-51 customization, the imperial one, only obtainable during SoR. Since it cannot be reobtainable, I submited you a ticket... it has passed 15 days. No response, no item, no getting in contact with me, no anything.
I think I have been too much patient, really, you would expect to get response in 24h, 2-3 days as much, but this long? this is beyond the normal reply time, btw, yes, I'm a subscriber and I'm paying my month fee to have at least a decent support. I have been spoken with my current guildies and they told me I will have to wait around 2 months to get it back, and seriously, I'm not on the mood to wait that much time since I'm practically paying for playing.
I hope to get my response soon, or the next month I'll unsubscribe, it's not a threat since you clearly doesnt care, it's a fact, I'm not paying you to get ignored.
