Swtor STEAM subscription not working

Bought a subscription on Steam, but its not activated in game. Accounts linked, send an email at SWTOR support but there was no answer (Email is send from adress used with my SWTOR account).  SWTOR...

    Support cant find an email from you (not sure why) , check the attachments are under 4mb and try resending , let me know when done and can check again

      Just checked , weight is under 4 mb and send a new one exactly the same as last one
