@KatoKruz Okay is this the first renewal you have done and it isnt showing you as subscribed, or have you been paying for it for awhile and never have been subbed?

- 6 years ago@N004Drake I have changed credit cards/ payment plans in the past even ended subscription and restarted subscription again and haven’t had any problems this is the first time I have had this issue. Previously it would take a couple of days then preferred status would become subscribed, this has now taken 2 payments and still showing as preferred.

It appears you may have a few swtor accounts, if you cant locate the one that made the purchase , give swtor cs a call say with skype if your phone plan doesn't include free calls to the UK
I looked into skype recently and they had a AUD $4.99 for unlimited calls for a month to the UK , however they also offered me the first month free if that helps.
For me in Sydney hours are 2 am to 11 am and they are 7 days if the weekend is easier
