you will need to call swtor support when the lines are open , they can assist resolving the account issue you have , it is why the steam failed to add gametime
Check they have your email when you call , if not , ask to upload the screenshots to a case whilst your on the phone
Called them and sent them the screenshots that they needed how long does it usually take to verify that I subscribed through steam?

support confirmed the account is ok
however they cant see an email from the email address you have used on the swtor account , did you resend earlier or only attempted once ?

I replied to the email that they had sent me.

Nothing can be seen , best to call swtor support when the liens are open and ask to upload the screens to a case whilst your on the phone
