Ticket not showing up in "My Cases"?

I just changed my email for my EA account because i have lost access to my original Email. that all worked fine but it didn't change the email tied to my SWTOR account. i can still log into the game ...

    call swtor support when the lines are open and update the email on the account , confirm the open hours before calling
