Unable to change the email address linked to my SWTOR account

Hello, I am contacting you because I need to change the email address linked to my Star Wars: The Old Republic account, but I no longer have access to the current email address. The account settings require verification through the original email before I can update it. Since I cannot access that inbox, I am unable to complete the process or move forward through the available account-recovery options.

I have also been unable to find a working way to contact SWTOR support directly. The available support pages keep leading me back to steps that require access to the old email address, so I am trying this EA support form as the only available contact route I could find.

I would prefer to recover and keep the account. However, if changing the email address is not possible, please let me know whether the only remaining option is to request the deletion of the account.
