Unable To Start New Topic

I am currently unable to start a new topic on the forums and even reply. Yes i am a subscriber and no the button on the forums isn't there. i was going to post a bug i found but now it seems this is...

    Try using incognito mode or delete the web browser cache and cookies and see if it persists 

    swtor support are able to create a new post on your account, if it persists best to email communitysupport@swtor.com

    🙏 thanks, I don’t truly understand what happened but I tried again this morning and the Start New Topic was there.
