Why cant I use the holoterminal in my ship?

I am stuck on a class mission now in my ship and cant move forward. I have a Imperial operative character and whenever I click on my ships holo terminal the screen goes black like its going into a co...

Try travelling to say belsavis and lower all gfx to low and retry the convo

    I did that but it didn't work... did you mean go to Belsavis then back to the planet that it was telling me to go to. I also tried to start the convo at Belsavis. Any other suggestions?

      A different PC should progress , other then that send an email to support@swtor.com and request this conversation to be moved forward this is a bug that seems to be system specific

      Provide username, server , character and a link to this thread in the email and hopefully they will assist.

        Someone just posted what allowed them to proceed with this issue, so wanted to see if it worked for you as well 

        they posted (link) that needed to play in fullscreen and the resolution was the correct setting for the monitor
