[BUG] "Morale Boost" broken on maps with multiple fights

REPRO STEPS 1. On the "Retake Mordant Citadel" mission, go through all four fights, using the medic's "Morale Boost" ability each time (and finishing each fight before it expires) EXPECTED RESULT...

Here is a mod that fixes the bug:

The issue was that the GE_Morale.RemovalPolicy was set to "DoNothing" but it should be set to "CancelAbilityImmediately" (like all the other similar abilities).

Please forward this to the developers so they can fix it for everyone, without the mod.
