3RR0R405 Hey there,
The pre-order window actually ran right up until launch, so buying on the 26th definitely qualifies you for the pack! Because this is an astromech cosmetic, you don't have to wait to progress through the story to see if you have it. You can check your Character Databank and customize your companion straight away from the main menu.
To verify if the Crystalline Astromech Cosmetic Pack is active on your account, or to unlock it in-game, give these steps a shot:
- Check the Databank Immediately: Go to the Character Databank, create a custom operator, select Astromech, and you should be able to choose the Crystalline Astromech appearance right there.
- Complete the Campaign Requirement: If you want to use it during your main playthrough, progress through the story until you complete the Smugglers’ Manifest Operation in Cycle 5.
- Run a Holotable Mission: Head over to the Holotable and complete any available Mission.
- Speak to the Droid: After finishing the mission, head to the Den and speak with the M-3VO droid to claim your rewards.
- Ignore the Steam DLC List: Keep in mind that pre-order content for this title does not actually display in your Steam library's DLC checklist, so checking your Databank in-game is the best way to be sure.
Give that a try and let me know if you can see your shiny new astromech in the Databank! We also suggest checking out the link here for more info: Star Wars Zero Company™ FAQ
Thanks!

I'm having the exact same issue, the frustrating thing is that I actually do see the pre-order bonus listed under owned DLC in steam, but in the databank and in the campaign (i have unlocked the droid lab and have an astromech) i cannot find the pre order items anywhere. The deluxe edition content is all there however.

Same issue here. The DLC is visible on steam but in the game (I have unlocked the droid workshop) it does not appear.....

Same issue, validating steam files did not fix

Turns out if I restart my game, the options are there at the main menu, loading my save file gets rid of those options though. Tested what happens if I create a custom droid with a preorder head. The head stays after being recruited but I cannot change to any of the preorder heads and even the currently equipped one is not in the list EA_Shepard

Never mind, it keeps disappearing then reappearing, then disappearing. EA_Shepard What is this? Why are the devs trying to reinvent the wheel, just have it be a steam DLC, that would 100% fix this BS. I wasn't annoyed at first but since this isn't an issue with the deluxe pack it must be some funky way they are trying to get it to work, which it isn't.

3RR0R405 is right, it's an intermittent/inconsistent DLC check showing or hiding the deluxe AND preorder items at times. It's not an account entitlements issue, but an issue in the app as it checks for those entitlements. I made support case 253611425 describing this same behavior and suggested it brought to the dev team.

I unticked my DLC (in Steam) and verified.
I then re-ticked them and verified again.
