Custom Character issues PS5
Downloaded update today. Still have same issue. When I create my 5th character in the character databank I get the error “something went wrong” (CE-100028-1). I then close out the game and reboot it ...
Forum Discussion
I have 161 GB of storage available. I understand it is a Sony specific error message, but this is the only game I get this error on. I have done what the online forums tell me to do regarding this error such as clearing cache, or rebuilding the database, but it doesn’t fix it for Zero Company, and there are articles that say this is an error that is commonly coming up in this game. I have more than enough storage on my system. I have never seen this error with any other game.

Community ManagerThank you for the additional information. We've passed your report on to our teams.
In the meantime, I'd recommend limiting the number of customized characters to 3 or 4 so you can save them without running into the same CE error.
I appreciate your patience with this.
