I just did a mission to save sawtooth, and one of my operators were unable to move, or do any action, so I had to leave them behind. As I'm playing on permadeath mode this is quite annoying.

I’ve also just had this issue on the same mission. Operator not starting with or regaining AP at all throughout this mission
Its appears to be an issue specifically with custom characters from the databank as they are assigned 0 to all stats. 0 hp, 0 movement, 0AP etc
Same thing here. Tried twice but my custom character was not able to perform any actions.
Also all the enemies were frozen.
