PS5 Cutscene freezes and makes the game unplayable

Hi, the first cutscene after the Tutorial where I have to Access the holo table just does not work for me. The cutscene freezes every Single time, no matter what I do. I tried to clear the PS5s Cache...

Hi

I have the same problem on XBOX Series X. Here what I tried so far: Start a new save game; loaded from a manual save game right before the cutscene; installing the game several times; start the game from SSD and expansion card; lowered the resolution and switched of Auto-HDR; switched of the "Quick resume"

Nothing helped so far. Any other suggestions?
