This is my personal opinion though. Where would you rank cantina refresh among the three?
I will be honest, I hadn't really thought about it, as I do three on the standard and cantina every day, and I haven't done enough battling on the ship table yet to know what the drop rate is. I find cantina far more valuable than standard because of the mods though. I still am farming several hard nodes for characters so I don't have much available for gear. When I do I farm carbs since everyone needs them and they're only 8 instead of 10 energy. But if I had to pick between mods and gear I'd pick mods over gear, I can buy gear much more frequently in the stores than mods. And I've gotten some good mods. It just takes patience.
