Access to Web Store for Alts

Many players play or manage multiple accounts, typically on a single device through to rotating Game Center / Google Play logins. With this launch of this web store, has there been any consideration for how to link these accounts to the web store? How easy is the process to link multiple game connections through a single web browser? Should we plan to download multiple web browsers on our phones, a unique one for each account? Will multiple in-game accounts be able to linked to a single instance of the web store?

There are likely a number of other access or functionality questions which I can not think of at the moment.
